Set-up available Noon, Sunday, September 12, 2021
Obedience/Rally/Welcome Day/Hospitality - Monday, September 13, 2021,

National - Tuesday - Friday, September 14-17, 2021, Puget Sound & Willamette Valley Specialties - Saturday & Sunday, September 18 & 19, 2021

 

$60.00 per day or $160 for entire week!!! (ESAA Member)  (Non ESAA members $200/week)
BOOTH SPACE IS INDOORS IN A HIGHLY VISIBLE AREA

 

Contract Information Below Requires Filing out the Vendor Form & Submitting Payment:


Vendors may set up on Sunday AFTER NOON. Booths will be in a highly visible area. Only one 8 foot skirted table per Vendor will be provided. The booth space is approximately 10 feet X 6 feet. Limited ELECTRIC is available at an ADDITIONAL CHARGE of $25.00. (First Come First Served on Electric) Your check is your reservation. Your space will be marked on Sunday morning.  No changing or swapping of spaces. There will be FULL REFUNDS if cancellation is made to the Vendor Chair prior to August 30, 2021. After that date NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. FOR ANY REASON.

Vending or Selling of any items or products without Vendor Space will NOT BE PERMITTED.

Each Vendor is required to Donate ONE ITEM from their booth with a value of $50 or more to our raffle. Items are collected by the Vendor Chair during set up.
