THERAPY DOG CERTIFICATION
(This is the Therapy Dog International Test and is not a service dog test.)

Start time will be at 6:00 p.m. until completed

The testing will be conducted by certified CGC evaluator and ESAA member, Louise Day

To ensure your entry pre-registration is advised; registration at the event is on a
space available basis and first come first served

CGC or CGCA tests cost is $25.00 - Both CGC & CGCA tests $40.00
Therapy Dog Certification cost is $10.00 (no discount on this test is offered)
